The Kensington is a classically-simple collection featuring a beautiful blend of complimenting fabrics. The Kensington collection comprises large and medium sofas, an armchair, a chair recliner and a footstool.
All cushions and arm facings feature piping in a co-ordinating fabric. Large feather filled scatter cushions are available as an optional extra with both sofas, and the solid show-wood front and rear feet can be selected in a choice of four hard wearing finishes - teak, mahogany, natural and walnut.
The Kensington can be specified in a wide range of attractive cover fabrics from the collection.
Felt pads are fitted to all models for ease of movement and carpet/floor protection.
The seat is supported by 9-gauge serpentine D-arched springs which are joined by steel brace wire.
This platform is then insulated with compressed polyester fibre. The back is supported by elasticated webbing.
The frame is constructed from selected hardwoods for structural items and spring rails. No structural items are produced in softwood. Assembly is glued, screwed and dowelled for maximum strength.
Interiors consist of foam and fibre combinations.
